After thoughtful consideration, Clarke has made the planned decision to transition ownership of the firm. This decision was made intentionally, with our clients, team, and long-term continuity in mind.
For Susan and Ed, this transition also marks the beginning of a well-earned retirement. They have been deeply thoughtful about this next step and are moving forward in a way that honors the people and relationships they’ve built over many years.
Importantly, there will be no change to day-to-day service. Client relationships, primary contacts, and standards of care remain the same. Susan and Ed will continue to be involved for several months to actively support the team and ensure a thorough transfer of institutional knowledge, processes, and client-specific insights. The work you rely on will continue to be handled by the professionals you know and trust.
The firm will continue under new ownership, led by Eric and Tara Fisher, who bring deep experience in professional services leadership. They share the same values that have guided the firm from the beginning, including strong relationships, responsive service, and thoughtful work.
